- 5 Years Minimum Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or similar role.
- Fluent in English (Read, Write, and Listen)
- Knowledge in MS OFFICE (MUST BE)
- Prefer age: 30 – above
- Arabic Speaking (Optional)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of risk management concepts.
