Job Description
Responsibility and Focus
We’re looking for a shared Executive who will be responsible for Biiling across our Accounts.
Main Tasks
Technical & Product
- Type correspondence and maintain files
- Exhibit organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Display a professional, detailed-oriented and proactive approach
- Can work on our Navision System
- Maintain current knowledge of Agency technical (software, hardware, virtual) capabilities
- Provide assistance with copying, emailing, and distribution of materials.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
- Working with the Saprks leads and aligning on their vision
- Organized; detail-oriented; resourceful and self-motivated; customer focused, deals well with ambiguity and change, results-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
Coordinate Client/department functions
- Assist with Billing
- Fast learner with group tools, ie. Altair, Paylite etc
- Excellent computer skills with a high proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be available to work occasional overtime
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
- Two or Four years of degree
- Good PC skills in Windows environment (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- An understanding of newer communication mediums, such as forums and blogs, and experience utilizing them effectively in communications programs is required
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
