Role: Sales Supervisor – FMCG/ FOOD
Location : Abu Dhabi Emirate
Industry: Foodstuff
Experience : minimum 5 years in UAE as sales team lead
English and Malayalam communication is must
- experience in the field of food industry sales in the UAE as team lead
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
- Graduate / post graduate with English and Malayalam communication
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Contribution to effective marketing plans
- Sales team management, training and development
- Must have the complete knowledge about the Abu Dhabi Market including A B and C class sales
